Effective:
As a qualified Counsellor, Person-Centered Psychotherapist, Brief Therapist and Applied Psychologist, I offer effective, specialist help for anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, narcissistic abuse, social challenges including neurodiversity, stress or workplace issues.
Safe:
Starting counselling can be pretty daunting, even if you have tried it before. To reassure you, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, inclusive and safe space for you to work through your difficult experiences.
Personalised:
Meeting with me, simply come as you are and be yourself. We will go at your pace. It probably doesn't feel like it right now, but you are the person who knows best what keeps you going, and what it is you really want and need. These we can explore together. I offer daytime and evening appointments. You are under no obligation to have a specific number of sessions and it can be that just a few sessions bring you what you need. Equally, if you feel the need for longer-term support, I can offer it in a way that is fully flexible to suit your needs.
